Orders can be modified within 1 hour of placing them. After that, production begins and changes may not be possible. Contact us immediately if you need to make a change.
We accept returns on non-personalised items within 30 days of delivery. Personalised pieces cannot be returned unless there is a defect. Contact us to begin the process.
Ireland, North of Ireland and UK: tracked, 5-10 working days. USA and Rest of World: tracked, 7-14 working days. Duties included. Engraved pieces need an extra 2-3 days before dispatch.
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, your email may have been entered incorrectly. Contact us with your name and order details and we'll sort it.
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, contact us within 7 days. We'll investigate and make it right.
Gold pieces are 18k Gold Plated over Medical Grade 316L Stainless Steel; silver pieces are Medical Grade 316L Stainless Steel. Nickel-free, tarnish-free, and suitable for sensitive skin.
