Refund policy

Our Promise

Every Gaelic Clann piece is made to be worn, kept, and passed on. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Personalised & Engraved Items

Because every engraved piece is created uniquely for you, personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged under standard circumstances.

However, if your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or an engraving error on our part, we will send you a replacement at no cost — no questions, no hassle. Simply contact us with clear photos of the issue and we'll take care of the rest.

Non-Personalised Items

For non-personalised products, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unaltered
  • In its original condition and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10 working days to your original payment method.

EU Customers

If you are based within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of receipt, during which you may cancel your order without providing a reason — provided the item is returned in its original, unworn condition with proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact our team at support@gaelicclann.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • The item you wish to return
  • The reason for your return

We will respond with return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send items back without prior approval — unauthorised returns cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear after approval.

If 15 working days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at support@gaelicclann.com and we will resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalised and engraved items (unless defective — see above)
  • Discounted or sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return your original order following the process above and place a new order once your return is confirmed.
